Brinkman Construction has broken ground on Oaks Ridge at 64th, a new 161,375-square-foot multifamily development in Denver. The market-rate housing complex will feature 168 units across four residential buildings, along with a clubhouse. It will also have modern amenities, including a fitness center, game room, lounge, and surface parking.
