The Max Collaborative, a real estate developer headquartered in Ohio, has opened Wilder, a 196-unit, art deco–inspired apartment building in Denver.

Designed by Davis Partnership Architects, the multifamily building, located a mile west of downtown Denver, offers amenities that focus on wellbeing, such as a fitness center with a yoga studio and co-working spaces. With city and mountain views, two rooftop terraces feature grills, a gas firepit, and a plunge pool.
