Portland, Maine-based Olympia Hospitality has acquired the 139-key Hilton Garden Inn Arvada in Aurora, Colorado, from an undisclosed seller for an undisclosed amount. Olympia has had a 20-year-plus relationship with the Hilton Garden Inn brand since its first acquisition in 2003.
