Hidrock Properties and Robert Finvarb Cos. plan to build a 39-story tower on the 0.55-acre site at 2534 N. Miami Ave. The group bought the site for $13 million, which currently has a two-story commercial building. The 39-story tower, totaling 436,934 square feet, would have 336 apartments, 7,781 square feet of commercial space and 326 parking spaces.
