The Miami Urban Development Review Board approved ROVR Development’s proposal to build 1,000 multifamily community units in Miami’s River Rapids neighborhood. The company paid $23.5 million for a six-acre site that was a self-storage facility. ROVR expects to redevelop the property and start construction in Q3 2025. The company already has 593 units under construction nearby. ROVR’s projects pencil out to a $750 million investment. Anillo Toledo Lopez is the architect.
