Closed since 2019, Pier Sixty-Six Resort will reopen in mid-November. Set on 32 acres along Fort Lauderdale’s Intracoastal Waterway, Pier Sixty-Six Resort will return with 325 guest rooms and suites, including two- and three-bedroom villas.
Tavistock Development Company is helming the $1 billion redevelopment project. The company hired three South Florida-based architecture and design firms to renovate the property, including HKS Architects and NELSON Worldwide of Coral Gables and Garcia Stromberg of West Palm Beach.
