Renderings show what "EDEN Living St. Cloud" could look like when it’s built on the east side of South Narcoossee Road, not too far from U.S. Route 192. The plans are for 216 single-family homes and duplexes with a ‘built to rent’ concept, meaning the homes won’t be for sale but for rent only. The idea is becoming more popular across Central Florida.
