One Thousand Group has acquired a 1.6-acre site for $53 million in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood where it plans to build a 47-story, mixed-use skyscraper. Tower 36 is set to feature 312,058 square feet of branded residences and a variety of commercial and retail uses.

Cirrus Real Estate Partners provided financing for the assemblage of three parcels at the intersection of East Edgewater and Miami’s Design District. The properties are located at 3501 Biscayne Blvd., 345 and 409 NE 36th St.
