Florida-based property insurance company American Integrity Insurance has signed a 75,000-square-foot lease at GEM Realty Capital and IP Capital Partners’ Bayport Plaza, in Tampa, Fla. The new office space is set to become the company’s headquarters, with move-in scheduled for early 2026. American Integrity will occupy three floors and is set to become the first tenant to secure building-top signage.
