Continuum Co. has started construction on Continuum Club & Residences, a 198-unit waterfront condominium tower in North Bay Village, Fla.

The 32-story building is being developed in partnership with Aksoy Holdings and represents Continuum Co.’s second branded project in the Miami area. KAST Construction is the general contractor, with plans to complete the high-rise by early 2028.

The development team also includes Arquitectonica as architect of record, Durukan Design as interior designer and Martha Schwartz Partners as landscape architect.
