Bridge Industrial secured $77.5 million in permanent financing for Bridge Point AVE, a three-building, nearly 600,000-square-foot Class-A industrial park located within the master-planned AVE Aviation and Commerce Centre in central Miami-Dade County. Steve Roth, Bill Jurjovec and the team at CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance group arranged the loan.
