Crescent Communities has opened NOVEL Beach Park, a 289-unit luxury community in Tampa. The developer broke ground on the wellness-focused property in September 2022. FINFROCK designed NOVEL Beach Park to achieve LEED certification, while Kimley-Horn provided civil engineering services. DIX•HITE + Partners oversaw landscape architecture and ID & Design International the interior design.
