Greystar has completed Summerwell Parkway Village, a 282-unit single-family rental community in Union City, Ga. The project broke ground in 2023, according to Yardi Matrix information. The 42-acre property consists of 51 two- and three-story buildings. The units have three- to four-bedroom layouts ranging between 1,500 and 1,885 square feet.
