A maker of robots for warehouses is taking over retail-turned-office space in South Buckhead for its world headquarters. Exotec subleased 37K SF from FullStory at 1745 Peachtree St., company spokesperson Erik Thompson confirmed to Bisnow via email. Brookwood Place is a mixed-use project owned by Selig Enterprises right where Peachtree Street crosses over the Interstate 75/85 interchange.

Software firm FullStory leased the former retail space, which used to be a Kroger and an art supply store, in 2018 and converted it into its headquarters. It is unclear when FullStory emptied the office, but Stream Realty Partners had been advertising a more than 49K SF sublease in the same building on LoopNet.
