The largest homebuilder in the U.S. ⏤ and Atlanta ⏤ is expanding to an area seeing a substantial rise in industrial growth. Arlington, Texas-based D.R. Horton filed a permit with the City of Atlanta on Oct. 2 to develop a community of townhomes off Camp Creek Parkway near East Point. The project would feature 210 attached townhomes about five miles west of the Atlanta airport and roughly 15 miles southwest of Downtown.
