Material Capital Partners has closed on the financing of River Ford, a 170-unit, build-to-rent development in Brunswick, Ga. Builders Capital issued a $38 million construction loan with a maturity date set in November 2026 and two extension options, according to Glynn County public records. Bluerock and Stanton Road Capital provided additional funds. Construction on the project will kick off in February 2025. Winchester Commercial Group will serve as general contractor.
