Kroger anchors the center, which was 75 percent leased at the time of sale. Other tenants at the property include The UPS Store, Anytime Fitness, Pizza Hut, Ace Hardware, Advance Auto Parts, Fabricare Cleaners and Las Palmas Mexican restaurant.
