Two cold storage developers have broken ground on a $60 million facility in McIntosh County, Gov. Brian Kemp announced. Located in Darien, the county seat of McIntosh County, the facility will create 50 jobs upon completion of the first phase, according to a press release. The facility will be established at Tidewaters Industrial Park, which is a Georgia Ready for Accelerated Development (GRAD) site.
