Thompson Thrift, a full-service nationally recognized real estate company and one of the nation's leading multifamily developers, today announced that it will develop The Logan, a 264-unit Class A multifamily community in Nampa, approximately 20 minutes southwest of Boise. The company expects to begin construction in October, with completion expected in winter 2026.
