Bell Works Chicagoland has broken ground on 164 townhomes on the Bell Works property, in partnership with PulteGroup and the Village of Hoffman Estates.

Conveniently situated near I-90, the property offers easy access to downtown Chicago and O’Hare International Airport. Completion is expected in Q3 2026.
