Tropical Smoothie Cafe, an Atlanta-based cafe chain, will open a new downtown location this week inside a new mixed-use building.

A grand opening is set for Friday at The Saint Grand multifamily building, at 214 E. Grand Ave. in Streeterville. It will be operated by franchisees Cesar Coronado and Marlon Sullivan, who signed a 10-year lease to occupy 1,100 square feet at the building.
