Highlights
Chicago Development Partners and Continuum Capital are proposing a 24-story, 303-unit mixed-use high-rise at 2800 North Sheridan Road, on the Lakeview-Lincoln Park border.
The project would replace a vacant six-story medical office building and include over 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and 60 affordable units (20 percent of the total).
Plans include a 5,200-square-foot amenity suite and a roof deck with a pool on the 24th floor, and require rezoning approval from the City Council.
