Highlights
DWS Group is selling the Wicker Park Commons at 1279 North Ashland Avenue to Hines Global Income Trust for $70 million. 
The purchase is nearly $25 million less than the 2015 price DWS Group paid: $94.75 million. 
The move comes as DWS Group has been systematically moving away from office buildings and reallocating capital into multifamily complexes.
