Highlights
Calgary-based Avenue Living Asset Management acquired a self-storage and office property at 1030 West North Avenue in Lincoln Park for $30.5 million.
The property was sold by local firm LSC Development, which had successfully turned the building around after purchasing it out of foreclosure in 2010.
The site previously housed a Circuit City store, which closed in 2009 and had occupied over 30 percent of the building.
