As the first phase of the District at Veridian development in Schaumburg nears completion, developer UrbanStreet has a new idea for a former Motorola atrium. 
The efforts will require creativity, but UrbanStreet presented plans to turn the atrium into an apartment complex. 
A sister building set to be constructed next to the former atrium will push the complex’s total to 300 units.
