Highlights
Austin-based RPM Living acquired the 223-unit, 21-story apartment tower at 166 North Aberdeen in Chicago’s Fulton Market for $99 million.
The property, developed by Greystar and completed in 2023, was about 95 percent leased when it was listed for sale in April.
This transaction is part of a broader buying spree by RPM Living in the Chicago area, which has included significant acquisitions of other residential properties throughout 2026.
