Highlights
AEW Capital Management acquired the 352,000-square-foot Deer Park Town Center for $125 million from PGIM Real Estate.
The $125 million price tag makes it the largest retail property deal in Chicagoland in a decade, surpassing the $122 million sale of Village Crossing in Skokie.
PGIM consolidated full ownership of the property in January after buying out joint venture partner SITE Centers’ 25 percent stake for $20.8 million.
