Ennismore, an sbe-affiliate, has signed a deal to open a new 21c Museum Hotel in Indianapolis in 2028. The fast-growing lifestyle hospitality company has partnered with developer TWG to bring back to life the historic Old City Hall as a vibrant hotel and cultural hub for the community.

An arcade will connect the building to the newly-constructed hotel tower. Part of a mixed-use development, the site will also be home to 8,000 sqft of retail space. The new hotel will comprise 156 bedrooms including 20 suites, filled with original artwork and 21c’s dedicated Art Channel on the television.
