Berkadia closed the sale of Silverwood Apartments, a 280-unit, garden-style multifamily property in Mission, Kansas. Senior Director Michael Spero and Associate Director Niko Vrentas of Berkadia Kansas City led the transaction on behalf of the seller, California-based Canyon View Capital.
