Wilmington, MA– Camber Development and Wheelock Street Capital announced the completion of a state-of-the-art 237,800 square-foot industrial warehouse and distribution facility located at 800 Salem Street, Wilmington, MA.
The facility, one of the first fully electric industrial buildings in Massachusetts, features 36-foot clear heights, 5,000 Amps of power, 32 EV ready parking spaces, and a solar-ready roof. The building is fully conditioned with both heat and air conditioning and provides 47 loading docks, 322 vehicle spaces and 32 trailer parking spaces. The building is designed to meet the evolving needs of warehousing, distribution, and logistics tenants. JLL has been engaged to represent the Landlord as the building’s leasing agent.
