Wilmington, MA– Camber Development and Wheelock Street Capital announced the completion of a state-of-the-art 237,800 square-foot industrial warehouse and distribution facility located at 800 Salem Street, Wilmington, MA.

The facility, one of the first fully electric industrial buildings in Massachusetts, features 36-foot clear heights, 5,000 Amps of power, 32 EV ready parking spaces, and a solar-ready roof. The building is fully conditioned with both heat and air conditioning and provides 47 loading docks, 322 vehicle spaces and 32 trailer parking spaces.
