Enclave broke ground on a 208-unit multifamily project at 6701 W. 78th St. in Bloomington, Minnesota. Ever Apartments is located along I-494. This previously unused site is being revitalized in partnership with the city of Bloomington. The project is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2026. Enclave will develop, construct and manage the building.
