VanTrust has broken ground on the 526,119-square-foot Building C at the 2.4 million-square-foot Platte International Commerce Center development in Greater Kansas City, Mo. The speculative facility may be expanded to 1.1 million square feet, with delivery expected by July 2025. JLL will handle the marketing and leasing efforts. Whiting Turner Contracting Co., together with Olsson Engineers and M+H Architects, provide design-build services for the development.
