Subtext has begun vertical construction on LOCAL on Delmar, a 259-unit community located near the Washington University campus in University City. The five-story property, which will target both students and young professionals, will span 398,225 square feet at 6650 Delmar Blvd. Units will be offered in studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations, including townhomes.
