Shortly after its partnership with RD Management in Tampa, Fla., Core Spaces is further expanding its student housing portfolio with four new projects. The developer will add nearly 4,000 beds in Madison, Wis., and 800 beds in Knoxville, Tenn.

The three Madison developments will be near the University of Wisconsin-Madison and are scheduled for completion between 2026 and 2028. The first community to come online will be on West Johnson & North Bassett Street. Plans call for a 12-story building with 235 units and 910 beds, as well as 20,000 square feet of amenities.
