New Four Seasons branded residential exec. Four Seasons has hired Chris Meredith as its first group head of residential. Meredith joins Four Seasons with more than 20 years of experience within the global real estate investment and development industry, specifically across the luxury hospitality, multifamily and mixed-use development sectors. Since 2018, he has been a partner and development director for MAHAMAN, a hospitality-based real estate investment and development firm specializing in acquiring and developing luxury hotels and branded residential real estate. He also worked for Interwest Capital, Portfolio International Holdings Ltd., CITTA Property Group and CBRE.
