Kirkland’s to bring back Bed, Bath & Beyond locations

Retailers are breathing new life into Bed, Bath & Beyond. Kirkland’s Inc. (Nasdaq: KIRK) is partnering with Utah-based Beyond Inc. (NYSE: BYON), the parent company of Bed, Bath & Beyond, to bring back “neighborhood” Bed, Bath & Beyond locations, according to a news release.

Bed, Bath & Beyond filed for bankruptcy protection in 2023 and closed all of its 360 locations. Overstock.com acquired the company's intellectual property assets and changed its name to Beyond Inc. later that year. The company also owns Zulily and other online retail brands.
