Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is bringing its Wyndham Residence brand to the U.S. via a five-property franchise deal with Seattle-based Reside, a global operator and manager of alternative accommodations and technology brands.

The five properties are open or under development and a 10-year development agreement calls for growing the offerings across top 50 markets in the U.S. Wyndham would not elaborate on a unit growth target.

Open locations include the 55-room Reside Seattle Downtown, a Wyndham Residence, and the 79-room Reside Houston Downtown, a Wyndham Residence. Future locations will include a 22-room property in New Orleans, as well as 81-room and 67-room residences in Washington, D.C. Wyndham said the D.C. hotels are expected to open in the coming months and the New Orleans property is expected to open in 2025.
