Tioga Capital has closed its fourth fund, Tioga Partners IV, raising approximately $125 million in total capital commitments. Fund IV will opportunistically invest across the real estate capital structure, targeting the Sun Belt region while pursuing the same investment strategy utilized in its predecessor fund, Tioga Partners III, an $80 million fund closed in 2022. Fund IV’s investors include family offices, charitable foundations, funds of funds and registered investment advisers.
