Summit Real Estate Group has launched Arrowrock U.S. Industrial Fund V, LP, a private equity GP fund focused on ground-up industrial development. The fund will develop speculative industrial assets in high-growth U.S. markets to capitalize on growing demand driven by manufacturing, the flight to modern facilities, and ecommerce tailwinds. The fund will focus on developing multi-tenant industrial buildings near population centers and critical infrastructure. These modern buildings will incorporate features required by today’s tenants, including a high dock count, trailer and outdoor storage, and enhanced electric service. Summit’s projects will include both single buildings and multi-building industrial parks.
