A developer, Crescent Heights, is planning to spend over $1 billion to convert cruise ships into luxury condos, with the first ship, Seven Seas Navigator, set to be ready in 2026.

The company, Crescent Seas, will offer 210 units on the Navigator at prices ranging from $750,000 to $8 million, with owners paying maintenance fees starting at $210,000 a year.
