Teachers’ Retirement System of Louisiana (TRSL) has committed $250 million to Oaktree Real Estate Income Fund Feeder VI, according to meeting materials on March 13.

Oaktree Real Estate Income Fund Feeder VI, a vehicle managed by Oaktree Capital Management, is an open-ended, core real estate fund. Previously, TRSL committed up to $100 million to Oaktree Special Situations Fund III, managed by the same firm.
