The San Mateo County (Calif.) Employees Retirement Association (SamCERA) has committed $35 million to RCG Ventures Fund VIII.

RCG Ventures Fund VIII, a vehicle of RCG Ventures, is a closed-end, value-added fund that targets shopping centers in the United States. The fund has a fundraising goal of $650 million.
