The San Francisco Employees’ Retirement System (SFERS) has committed $60 million to Artemis Healthcare Fund III.

Artemis Healthcare Fund III, a closed-end, value-added fund managed by Artemis Real Estate Partners, invests in healthcare, senior housing and medical properties across debt and equity in the United States. The fund aims to raise $1.5 billion.
