Google Commits $25B to Data Center Infrastructure Across PJM Grid

Alphabet’s Google will invest $25 billion in data center and artificial intelligence infrastructure over the next two years in states across the biggest electric grid in the U.S., CNBC reported Tuesday. The news follows Meta CEO Mark Zuckerburg’s announcement Monday that his company plans to spend hundreds of billions of dollars to build AI data centers.
