Mark IV Capital Starts Work on Second Phase at 4,300-Acre NV Industrial Project; $120M in infrastructure upgrades

Mark IV Capital has begun work on the second phase at Victory Logistics District, a 4,300-acre industrial development in Fernley, NV. The multi-phase project has nearly 2 msf of Class A distribution space completed to date and is expected to contribute significantly to the local economy once fully delivered.

Phase II of Victory Logistics District’s master plan is focused on installing $120 mil in infrastructure upgrades that are necessary to provide access and utilities to the next 1,600 acres of land at the project, allowing the development of significant industrial, manufacturing and data center projects. Previously completed work at the project includes construction of the first building at the site and the mass grading of over 400 acres.
