Bubbakoo’s Burritos, the award-winning Mexican-fusion concept known for its bold flavors and innovative menu, announces its newest restaurant location opening in Newark on November 19.  

Drawing foot traffic from the bustling Rutgers University-Newark campus, the new restaurant is strategically located at 136 Washington Street, making it ideally positioned to serve students, faculty, and the surrounding community. The location will be operated by Dhruval Patel, a seasoned multi-unit entrepreneur with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. In addition to this new venture, Patel owns and operates Bubbakoo’s locations in West Orange and Saddle Brook, NJ.
