Multifamily developer ZOM Living has acquired 19.5 acres of land in Cary, N.C., for the development of Azalea at the Park, a planned multifamily community. The purchase price could not immediately be learned. Located at 7216 Carpenter Fire Station Road, the property is slated for completion in early 2028. The development, which is slated to break ground in early 2026, will total 330 units, with 315 units designated as rental apartments. Azalea at the Park will also feature 15 townhouse units and 3,000 square feet to 5,000 square feet of retail space.
