Dukes Properties is ready to convert an old Pepsi-Cola bottling operation building into apartments and retail space. The company plans to revamp the former Orange Crush Bottling Co. building at 216 S. Washington St. The building, which dates to 1920, will house studio apartments of 500 to 550 square feet on the top two floors and two retail spaces of just under 1,400 square feet on the bottom floor.
