Crow Holdings Development has delivered another large industrial building in the Charlotte region. The developer recently completed a 367,886-square-foot building at Lincoln Commerce Center. The building at the industrial park along N.C. Highway 16 is still available for lease. The facility joins two other completed structures at Lincoln Commerce Center first phase, which has landed two notable lease deals in the last year.
