SJP Properties has unveiled plans to build nearly 294,000 square feet of new logistics space outside Charlotte, continuing its expansion in key Southeast industrial markets. The longtime New Jersey and New York developer said its plans call for a facility in Salisbury, North Carolina near the key thoroughfares of Interstate 85 and Route 29, one that it expects to deliver this fall. Known as Grace Logistics Center, the 293,918-square-foot building will rise on Grace Church Road, occupying a roughly 34-acre site that’s just 40 miles north of Charlotte.
